FAQ
The ones we get most, answered plainly. Anything missing, ask us directly.
Your own CRM, in your own private environment — not a login on a shared product. It starts from your answers to a short interview (or a standard setup if you skip it), and it comes with a built-in assistant you use to ask for changes.
No. That's the point. When you want something changed — a field, a view, a whole new screen for how you handle renewals — you describe it in plain language and our agents build it. There is no statement of work and no hourly bill.
The interview takes a few minutes. Your CRM is set up from your answers shortly after — you're not scheduling a kickoff call or waiting on an implementation project.
Nothing. On the keep-your-CRM path, Salesforce (or HubSpot, or Dynamics) stays your source of truth and we connect read-only. We don't add fields, flip settings, or migrate anything — we build the working apps beside it that it never gave you.
That's the normal case, not the exception. Your business changes, so your CRM should too. Ask for the change in the built-in chat, and it gets built into your system — this week's request, not next quarter's project.
You do. Your CRM runs in its own private environment with its own database — your records are never pooled with other customers', and if you leave, your data leaves with you.
Honest answer: we're early, and we're still figuring pricing out. We're looking at innovative ways to price this — something that fits software built around you, not the usual per-seat treadmill — and we'd rather work that out with our first customers than pretend a calculator on this site has the answer. Start the interview or write to us and we'll tell you exactly where our thinking stands.
A proven, mature platform for business applications, run and operated by us — you get the reliability of established software with a system shaped to your company on top.
