Made In Motion

The CRM that customizes itself.

We’ve always had to adapt to our business software. Now software adapts to your business.

Every customer starts with a bespoke CRM. AI agents build the features, integrations, workflows, and whole apps your business needs. When something needs to change, you just ask.

Not open to everyone yet. Requesting access joins the waitlist.

A feature request in Made In Motion: the plain-language ask, a preview of the change, and its approval, build, and launch

The missing feature. The bug that never got fixed. The integration that took months. Instead of software adapting to the business, the business adapts to the software.

We built Made In Motion because we lived it, and were incredibly frustrated by the integrations we had to build.

The problem

You pay for the CRM.
Then you pay engineers to make it fit.

Licenses are the first bill. The bigger one is the build: developers writing custom objects, integrations, and workflows, and every change taking weeks or months. Made In Motion’s AI agents work directly in your CRM’s source code and do that engineering for you. Your consultant still shapes the solution. The build gets fast and cheap.

Built by our agents, on our own CRM.

20 min

from request to working software

About a week with a Salesforce consultant.

A new column on the contacts list.

We wanted to see each contact’s next task right in the list. Someone asked, an admin approved, and the agents built, tested, and deployed it.

A few hours

to define, build, and deploy, revisions included

A whole presentation app.

It builds decks, reuses slides from past presentations, and tracks which decks were shown to which customers in which meetings. It lives inside the CRM, so every deck connects to the customer record.

Whole apps, built for one business

Not a configured CRM.
The software the business runs on.

Two apps built on Made In Motion for very different teams. Same platform, same process. Names are changed to keep the customers anonymous. They don’t even look like the same CRM, because each one is designed around its own business: its own interface, its own rules, its own integrations.

Revenue operations · media ad sales

A RevOps app for a sales team selling media.

Built for a head of ad sales who lived in spreadsheets, exchange reports, and commission statements. It reads those sources and tells them what needs attention each morning.

3 days

built and tested

A comparable Salesforce build: about eight weeks.

  • A morning brief that reviews inbox, calendar, and revenue feeds and ranks the day’s actions.
  • Spend outliers flagged when an account runs more than 20% above or below its recent average.
  • Commission statements recalculated from the plan’s own formula, with mismatches sent to Finance.
  • Demand-gen programs: target lists that refresh themselves, sequences, and triggers.
  • A lead board that flags every deal that has sat too long in its stage.

Real estate · residential team

A CRM shaped around households and homes.

Built for an agent whose business runs on relationships that last decades. Clients are households, every home bought or sold is a record, and the team dashboard replaced a spreadsheet.

  • Households with everyone in them, matched to Gmail, Calendar, and linked Google Docs.
  • Every property bought or sold, with a flag for homes past clients still own.
  • Sequences for new buyers, new sellers, deals under agreement, and after closing. Emails wait for an OK.
  • Accepted offer to closing, with inspection, P&S, mortgage, and closing dates in one view.
  • Website leads that start the right sequence with one click.

01

Ask.

Anyone on the team describes what they need, in plain words.

02

Preview.

See it on your real screens first, marked Proposed.

03

Approve.

An admin reviews the request. Nothing ships until they say yes.

04

Built.

Agents build, test, and deploy it. Every change can be undone.

The economics

Keep the consultant.
Replace the engineering bill.

Most of the cost of a custom CRM is engineering: building, testing, and deploying what the consultant designed. Our agents do that work in hours or days, at a fraction of the cost. Requests are written in plain words and previewed on real screens, so some of the consulting hours go too: less specification, fewer rounds of revisions.

Where this goes

Starting with CRM.
Extending all your software.

We believe this model can extend far beyond CRM—to almost any business application.

Buy and build

Not buy versus build.
Buy and build.

Businesses spend roughly $80 billion annually on CRM software and another $50 billion customizing it. Where the numbers come from ›

For consultants and system integrators

You design it. Our agents build it.

We work with consultants, not around them. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot integrators use Made In Motion to deliver bespoke CRMs to their clients: they own the relationship and the design, and our agents handle the engineering.

More customized

Deliver software shaped to each client’s business, not a configured template.

Lower delivery cost

No development team to staff. Agents build, test, and deploy what you design.

Higher margins

Resell the CRM and every change after launch. Keep more of each engagement.

your business.

Start with a bespoke CRM. Work with your consultant, or with us. Our agents do the engineering.

Questions? Answers.

Do I need developers to customize Made In Motion?

No. You describe the change in plain words, in the chat. It shows you a preview, your admin approves it, and our agents build it.

How long does a change take?

Views, dashboards, and rules take effect right away. Bigger changes, like new fields or a whole new screen, are built after approval — hours or days, not weeks or months.

Is my data kept separate from other companies?

Yes. Every company gets its own private environment with its own database. Your records are never pooled with anyone else’s.

Can I bring my data from another CRM?

Yes. Smart Import takes spreadsheets and exports from your old CRM, maps the columns, and can create any fields you’re missing.

Can I start using Made In Motion today?

Not yet. We’re not open to everyone — we’re building the first CRMs with a small group of customer partners. Requesting access here joins the waitlist: your answers save your spot, and when it’s your turn, your CRM goes live.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The Made In Motion iPhone app signs in to your company’s CRM and keeps you signed in. An Android app is coming too. The voice-first version, where you talk to your CRM and hear it answer, is on its way.

What does Made In Motion cost?

We haven’t set pricing yet. We’re working with our first customer partners to build out their CRMs, and we’re figuring out the right pricing alongside them. Request access and we’ll talk it through with you.
